Read and accept the disclosure.

On the next screen, choose the “Reset my password” option.

To verify your identity, you will need to provide your user name, Social Security number, and date of birth.

Choose whether you want to have the password reset link sent to your email or texted to you via SMS.

Enter the six-digit verification code.

You will be prompted to enter a new password.
